Starting his career as an apprentice Fitter and Turner with Citydel Engineering and working his way up to a management role, Managing Director, Tim Lillie established Adelaide City Engineering in 2003. 

The profitable and successful business initially employed 15 people, before expanding to form a subsidiary company - Verseng; operating out of Western Aust ralia, providing support to the mining industry. 

Further expansion of capacity and capability in 2017 included the acquisition of additional equipment and intellectual property from the liquidated Broens business, temporarily trading as Broens SA. 

With both entities showing steady growth, the companies underwent a restructure in July 2018, forming Verseng Group; streamlining capability and operating under a single management team from a single location. 

Verseng Group maintains steady growth; expanding its footprint in the Ground Support Equipment Industry and increasing its supply of quality machined parts and fabricated assemblies to the Defence, Mining, Rail and other Heavy Industries.
